Reproduced from the days of yore, well a little more than thirty years ago…

The first four photographs were shot at the Headquarters of Parc, an Aer Lingus Company based in Dublin. The second image shot from a cherry picker outside the office window, shows the management team burning the midnight oil. The computers in the third image , were the latest technology available at the time.

Parc supplied personnel to a wide range of companies, including the Ibn Bitar Hospital in Iraq. It was built by Saddam Hussein to treat people of all ages with serious illness and was open to Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds.

Baghdad around the time of my shoot was a friendly place with the peace only broken by the occasional explosion of a Scud Missile landing in the city, being the time of the Iraq-Iran War.
